Q) Can you send me a printed catalog?
A) No. To keep costs (and therefore prices) low, we only sell our products through our online web catalog. This is also more environmentally friendly.
Ordering
Q) Do you have a downloadable order form
for mail orders?
A) . Yes. We realize that not everyone is comfortable
making
credit card purchases on the web and we want to be accommodating for those
individuals. To view our mail
order form click on the "Mail Order Form" button in the left hand
column and then press print button on your browser.
Q) I want to pay with a credit card, but I'm
concerned about entering my credit card number online.
A) When you purchase a shirt from us you are sent to our online retailer CCNOW.
CCNOW has an excellent reputation and supports secure ordering, so your
credit card information is encrypted while in transit. Simply select the
appropriate option from the menu offered when you check out.
Q) How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
A) Enter a zero for the item in the "adjust quantity here" box and press the arrow button to update the shopping cart. The item will be removed.
Gifts
Q) Do you offer gift wrapping
service?
A) Not at this time. Most of our items are so small that some people place them
inside other items, kind of a "surprise gift within a gift".
Q) Can I have items shipped directly to a gift
recipient?
A) Yes. Simply enter the shipping address of the recipient when you check out.
Be sure to enter your own address in the "Cardholder Information" if
paying by credit card.
Q) Can I order gifts for different addresses
in one order?
A) No. Our shopping cart can only handle one shipping address per order. You can
place as many orders as you wish, with different shipping addresses for each
order.
